About Us

As the title indicates, "About Us" aims at briefly explaining what www.TimothyGeorges.com is all about.

It may sound obvious but I'll say it anyhow, we are not all the same, everyone is different in their own way--or everyone should be.
Since we are not all the same we will have different views and opinions, different ways of doing things etc.

And why not? How boring the world would be if we all had the same ideas on everything, every time. I don't think there would be much space in there for innovation. Thankfully that's not the case, we live in a world of diversity, a melting pot of ethnicities, cultures etc.

All this is no different when it comes to Cyberspace. There are billions of internet users so I'm almost certain that there are also billions of opinions and ideas on various topics. I believe though that in the midst of all this online chatter we can all make a meaningful contribution. www.TimothyGeorges.com is my contribution to this great online discussion, a place where I get to express my views, opinions, share a bit of my experience and engage readers.

My philosophy: Two heads are better than one. Let me explain, let's say that I have a wealth of knowledge in photography but know very little in photo editing as opposed to you who know very little about photography but are seasoned in photo editing. I strongly believe that if we come together and share our knowledge and experience with each other we will be able to accomplish much more than if we simply tried to do it all on our own.

As an Information Technology specialist this is a principle that I have lived by over the years and I must say that it has greatly benefited me (as well as others).

It's okay to be yourself, it's okay to think differently. We can all make a positive contribution to society.
